Abdalhafiz Elmahadi has a background in Chemical Engineering with a Master's degree from the University of Khartoum. With experience in QA/QC roles at various food industry companies such as DAL Food, Almusharaf for food industry, and Seen Flour Mills, Abdalhafiz has expertise in product support, marketing, and quality assurance. Previous work at Shambat Food Research Center provided valuable training in the field.
