Head Of Strategy at DAL Food

Sam Bodley-Scott started their work experience in 1982 with The Savoy Hotel Group, where they worked as a management trainee and junior manager. Sam later became a service division project manager, responsible for managing and improving the effectiveness of several subsidiary businesses. In 1990, they became the assistant to the Group CEO, where they focused on improving the efficiency of head office functions and implementing information technology solutions. From 1994 to 1996, they served as the Head of Strategy Implementation, responsible for formulating and implementing a new strategic direction for the group.

In 1997, Bodley-Scott joined Kepner-Tregoe as a senior consultant and rose through the ranks to become the Head of European Consulting Group. In this role, they were responsible for a team of project consultants delivering consulting engagements within Europe and introduced new service offerings. Sam later served as the Director of Solution Design & Delivery and then as the Partner & Global Director, Strategic Consulting, where they were responsible for the sales, delivery, and development of the company's strategy formulation and implementation consulting interventions on a global scale. Bodley-Scott left Kepner-Tregoe in July 2013.

After leaving Kepner-Tregoe, Bodley-Scott joined DAL Food as the Head of Strategy. In this role, they were responsible for the formulation and implementation of strategy at the corporate and business unit level. Sam also played a key role in project portfolio management, business transformation, sustainability, business planning, and the alignment of people and brands to the strategy. Additionally, they were involved in developing new business ventures. The specific dates for their tenure at DAL Food are not provided.

Sam Bodley-Scott attended Oxford Brookes University from 1982 to 1985, where they completed their degree in Hotel Management. Sam then pursued further education at the same university from 1987 to 1990, earning a Master of Science (MSc.) degree in Service Industry Management.
