Nichole Hoffman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nichole is currently working as an Operations Manager at Dalan Animal Health, Inc., where they efficiently collaborate with contract organizations and vendors to support management decisions. Nichole also handles marketing and public relations activities, including managing the CRM, social media, press releases, market research, and website design. Additionally, they provide input and recommendations for project implementation, ensuring operational concerns are addressed.

Prior to their current role, Nichole worked at Integrity Bio as an Associate Project Manager and Quality Control Associate. As an Associate Project Manager, they contributed to the successful completion of projects and ensured compliance with GMP regulations. Nichole performed analytical testing, wrote analytical methods and reports, and participated in method qualification and verification.
