Nandini Madan

Nandini is Dalberg Asia's COO and Director. She is responsible for overseeing overall operations for Dalberg Asia, including Finance, Human Capital Management, Staffing and Administration. Her key responsibilities include agenda setting, management reporting and facilitating management decisions processes. Currently, she is excited to set Dalberg up for operations at scale through the means of digitised and automated systems and processes, and supportive governance structures. She is also passionate about creating an enabling environment at Dalberg for employees to bring their best selves to work by driving Dalberg's highly progressive work culture through programs that encourage diversity, wellness and care.

Before joining Dalberg, Nandini spent seven years in the Banking industry. Her experience was largely with HSBC’s Corporate and Institutional Banking team, where she was involved in a range of roles, including, credit risk assessment, customizing cash management solutions for corporates, leading a SME sales team and developing new banking products. Nandini has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies.
