Joanna Middleton

Joanna Middleton is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Dalcour Maclaren since March 2023, where Joanna leads the Talent Acquisition Strategy, focusing on Future Talent initiatives. Prior to this role, Joanna spent nearly a decade at Plus One, ascending through various positions including Head of Recruitment, Recruitment Manager, and Senior Recruitment Consultant, managing recruitment for a diverse client base and high vacancy volumes. Joanna also held a supervisory role at LK Bennett before pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at Oxford Brookes University from 2010 to 2013.
