Betsy Garland

Betsy Garland has extensive experience in various roles within emergency services and healthcare. Currently, Betsy serves as the OPO Quality Systems Records Coordinator and previously as Donor Center Supervisor at LifeNet Health since January 2009, focusing on the screening of hospital referrals for tissue and eye donation. Betsy has been a Life Member, Past President, and Lead ALS Provider at Dale City Volunteer Fire Department since January 1983. Prior experience includes serving as Police Supply and Equipment Manager at Chesapeake Police Department and Police Property/Evidence Technician at Prince William County Police Department. Betsy also worked as an Emergency Medical Technician II at Inova Alexandria Hospital from 1986 to 1996. Education was pursued at Saint Leo University between 2013 and 2015.
