Ashleigh Irwin

Ashleigh Irwin is an experienced professional in the food and agriculture sector with a background in technical management and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Assistant Technical and Quality Manager at Dale Farm Ltd since July 2022, Ashleigh previously held the position of Technical Account Manager at Hughes Mushrooms from February to July 2022. Ashleigh gained foundational experience at Foyle Food Group, progressing from Trainee Technical Manager to Technical Graduate between June 2018 and February 2022. Earlier experience includes roles at Northway Mushrooms, Marks and Spencer, Hall and Guild Jewellers, and Lough Neagh Fishermen's Co-operative Society Limited, providing a diverse skill set in quality control, logistics, sales, and customer relations. Academically, Ashleigh holds an Honours degree in Food Business Management and a Foundation degree in Food Nutrition and Health from the College of Agriculture, Food and Enterprise.
