Minerva Espejo

Minerva Espejo serves as the Research & Development Manager at Daler-Rowney Limited, where responsibilities include the establishment and integration of an R&D Department aimed at addressing market needs and fostering innovation. Prior to this role, Minerva held the position of Product Development Engineer, focusing on new product samples and overseeing key aspects of manufacturing processes. Earlier experience includes roles as a Furniture Designer/Drafter and Assembly Supervisor at Legnofino, as well as internships at Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo in design and project assistance. Minerva holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo and participated in an International Cultural Exchange program at Seoul National University of Science and Technology.
