Carmelle D'Entremont

Carmelle d'Entremont, MA, CPHR, serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the Department of Anesthesia, Pain Management, and Perioperative Medicine at Dalhousie University since September 2020, providing strategic leadership for a collaborative clinical and academic environment. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of People and Organizational Development at Nova Scotia Health Authority, overseeing human resources for a large healthcare organization, and co-leading the consolidation of nine health authorities within the Government of Nova Scotia. Carmelle's extensive background in health system workforce management, adult education, and immigration policy is complemented by a Master of Arts degree from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of King's College.
