Heather Doyle

Heather Doyle serves as the Director of Research, Assessment and Planning at Dalhousie University, a role held since August 2013, where responsibilities include providing strategic advice to enhance student success and retention through university-wide initiatives. Additional positions at Dalhousie University include Director of Assessment and Special Projects, Senior Advisor on Retention, and Director of Student Support Services, overseeing governance, management, and a substantial budget. Heather Doyle has also contributed as Course Director for Florida Atlantic University and as a consultant with the Global Community for Academic Advising (NACADA). Previous experience includes roles at Lakehead University, Prince Edward Island Career Development Services, and the University of Prince Edward Island, complemented by a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
