Luke Decoste

Luke DeCoste is an experienced entrepreneurship instructor at Dalhousie University, where responsibilities include teaching the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Capstone course. Additionally, Luke operates as a coach and researcher through a personal website, focusing on improving entrepreneurial outcomes, and co-founded MindFrame Connect to address gaps in the Canadian entrepreneurial ecosystem. With a background in consulting, Luke served as Entrepreneur in Residence at Davis Pier Consulting and held senior roles in various organizations, including Proof, Northern Interest, and the Yukon Development Corporation, emphasizing innovation and negotiation. Currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology at Claremont Graduate University, Luke also possesses advanced degrees in public affairs, engineering, and journalism from respected institutions.
