Jenny Oklikah

Jenny Oklikah is the Chief Executive Officer of Steel Warriors, an anti-knife crime charity focused on transforming lives through the creation of outdoor street gyms from recycled steel. In addition, Jenny serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Impact at Dallaglio RugbyWorks, and has held interim roles as Director of Partnerships. Jenny has extensive experience in community coaching and facilitation, previously leading initiatives at Fight for Peace, where boxing and martial arts are used to empower young people. With past roles that include UK Managing Director for the Mayor of London’s Sport and Serious Youth Violence Group, and Director for Public Services at the Equality and Human Rights Commission, Jenny holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Liverpool and completed the Charity Chief Executives program at Bayes Business School.
