Willow Sanchez

Willow Sanchez is the current Director at DALLAS ARBORETUM. Willow has previous experience as the Director of Legal & Business Affairs at MW Logistics, and as an independent contractor for Texas Instruments.

Sanchez has a wide range of experience in the legal field, including risk and liability management, regulatory compliance, and internal investigations. Willow is also experienced in negotiating, drafting, and finalizing agreements, as well as claims and litigation management. In their previous role at MW Logistics, they were also responsible for overseeing and managing HR policies and benefits.

Sanchez has a deep understanding of the relationship between technology development and legal issues, having worked extensively with business development managers to support growth opportunities in deals with volatile industry players. Her experience in organizational strategic planning as a member of the Executive Leadership Team (five annual cycles) makes their uniquely qualified to lead an organization through complex challenges.
