Carnell Brame

Carnell Brame, Jr., AICP is a seasoned project manager and planner with extensive experience in urban and regional planning, grants management, and disaster recovery. Currently serving as a Project Manager/Planner at DART since September 2024, Carnell previously held roles as a Senior Planner/Project Manager at Desire Line LLC and Halff Associates, focusing on collaborative planning efforts across various sectors. Carnell's tenure at the City of Dallas included managing interdepartmental coordination and facilitating community engagement initiatives to promote livability and economic vibrancy. With foundational experience as a Planner II in Jefferson Parish Government and internships in community development, Carnell possesses a comprehensive background in planning supported by a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from East Carolina University.
