Rick Kronschnabel

Rick Kronschnabel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee relations and labor management, currently serving as a Senior Employee Labor Relations Specialist at DART since July 2013. In this role, Rick leads a team addressing labor, union, legal, and employment issues, manages employment manuals, oversees disciplinary processes, and serves as the primary liaison with the Texas Workforce Commission and criminal justice systems. Prior to this, Rick held multiple management roles at DART, including Manager of Bus Operations and Manager of Bus Programs, and worked at American Airlines for 30 years in various positions focused on employee relations and engagement. Rick's educational background includes studies in Business Management at SMU Cox School of Business, Dallas College, and Tarrant County College.
