Michael Frosch

Michael Frosch possesses extensive experience in purchasing and procurement, currently serving as the Director of Purchasing for Dallas County since March 2019. Prior to this role, Michael worked for the City of Dallas from June 2007 to March 2019, holding positions as Purchasing Director and Purchasing Agent. Michael earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix between 2009 and 2012.
