Pam Doughty

Director, Health Services Research at Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council (DFWHC)

Pam Doughty has extensive work experience in the field of health services research and program evaluation. Pam served as the Director of Health Services Research at the Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council from 2009 onwards. In addition, they held the same position at the Dallas Fort Worth Hospital Council Education and Research Foundation during the same period. Prior to that, they worked at Texas A&M University from 2001 to 2009, serving as the Director of Program Evaluation and as an Assistant Professor. Pam was also a Clinical Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University - College Station from 2007 to 2009. Pam Doughty worked as the Director for Program Evaluation at the Institute of Obesity from 2008 to 2009. Pam also served as an Adjunct Professor at TAMU, College Station from 2008 to 2009. Further, they taught graduate courses at TWU from 2002 to 2007 and was an Assistant Professor at Texas A & M in 2002.

Pam Doughty completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Counseling at Colorado Mesa University from 1996 to 1998. Pam then pursued a Master of Science degree in Gerontology at Baylor University from 1999 to 2000. Finally, they obtained their Ph.D. in Health Studies from Texas Woman's University, where they studied from 2000 to 2002.
