Belinda Butler is an experienced professional in organizational and leadership development, currently serving as the Sr Org & Talent Development Manager at DFW Airport Board since April 2010. In this role, Belinda orchestrates the corporate-wide Talent Review and Succession Planning process, designs and implements a Leader Competency Model, and leads various talent management strategies. Prior experience includes serving as a Sr Leadership Development Consultant at Alcon Laboratories, where Belinda re-designed the corporate leadership competency model, and as an Organizational & Leadership Development Professional at Sabre Holdings, focusing on performance improvement solutions. Belinda's career began with American Airlines, developing tailored interventions for teams and individuals. Belinda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Southern Nazarene University.
