Jessica has held various positions such as Director of Veterans Program at Dallas LIFE Homeless Shelter, and Vocational Case Manager at Allsup, LLC, and the United States Department of Defense. Jessica's background also includes roles as an Electronic Technician at Integrated Logistics Solutions, Inc., and a Patriot Electric Mechanic in the US Army. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor's of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix.
