Sarah Schleuning currently serves as the Margot B. Perot Senior Curator of Decorative Arts and Design at the Dallas Museum of Art. In addition to this role, Sarah held the position of Interim Chief Curator for over two years, where responsibilities included leading the curatorial department and collaborating with the Board as co-head of the Committee on Collections. Prior to this, Sarah was the Curator of Decorative Arts and Design at the High Museum of Art, overseeing a diverse collection and engaging in donor cultivation. Experience also includes roles at Wolfsonian-FIU, Cranbrook Art Museum, Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum, The Museum of Modern Art, and Brooklyn Museum of Art, with a strong focus on research, exhibition development, and collection care. Sarah holds a Master's degree from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
