Ajay M. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the legal and venture capital sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Maxson Mago & Macaulay, LLP since October 2017, Ajay also co-founded Twelvefold, an AI-focused Venture Studio, in May 2023. As an investor and advisor at Censius, Ajay contributes to an AI Observability platform and works with Attri to empower businesses with responsible AI. Ajay's role as a Portfolio Advisor at Dallas Venture Capital involves close collaboration with Venture Partners on deal flow and advisory for portfolio companies. Additionally, Ajay holds board membership positions at Crossover Basketball and Scholars Academy and the US India Chamber of Commerce DFW, and participates as a judge for the Texas Venture Labs Investment Competition. Ajay is a Leadership Dallas Alumni from the 2005 class and holds a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, a BBA from Texas McCombs School of Business, and an MS in Finance (Technology Commercialization) from The University of Texas at Austin.
