Kailey Northcutt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kailey began their career as an Education and Workforce Development Intern at the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber in 2015. Kailey then worked as an Intern at the Norman Chamber of Commerce, where they updated and filtered the CMR system and prepared sales packets. In 2014, they served as a Sales Representative at Clarins Group, focusing on establishing and maintaining accounts. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) at the Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children organization, advocating for abused and neglected children. In 2016, they joined the Dallas Regional Chamber as a Membership Specialist before being promoted to the role of Managing Director, Membership and Revenue Growth in 2021. Lastly, they also worked as a Gymnastics Teacher at the Family Life Center, where they refined gymnastic skills and trained upcoming teachers. Kailey Northcutt has a range of experience in sales, advocacy, and membership management.

Kailey Northcutt earned their Bachelor's Degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, where they attended from 2012 to 2016. Kailey furthered their education by obtaining a certification in Transformational Leadership from the SMU Cox School of Business in May 2021.
