Kendl Hommel

Vice President, Events at Dallas Regional Chamber

Kendl Hommel has had a diverse range of work experience in event planning and coordination. Kendl is currently the Vice President of Events at the Dallas Regional Chamber since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, starting as a Special Events Coordinator in 2018 and progressively moving up to become the Senior Associate Director of Special Events. Before that, they were the Events Coordinator at MANNA, where they organized large fundraising events and developed marketing strategies. Kendl also worked as a Special Events Coordinator at the Chestnut Hill Historical Society and completed internships at FringeArts and the Historical Society of Pennsylvania. Earlier in their career, they served as a Community Liaison and Peer Instructor at Radford University.

Kendl Hommel completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Radford University, which was earned between 2007 and 2011. Following this, Kendl pursued Graduate Studies in Counseling Psychology at Temple University from 2011 to 2012.
