Debi Pena, PHR, SHRM-CP has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Debi started their career at Rosewood Corporate Admin in 1985, where they held the role of Employee Relations Manager until 1999. In 1999, they joined Stanley Korshak as the Director of Human Resources for a brief period before transitioning to the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. At the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Debi held various leadership positions, including Vice President Community Relations, Facilities & Human Resources, and Vice President People & Facilities. In their roles at the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, Debi was responsible for managing all Human Resources programs and activities, ensuring legal and financial compliance, enhancing employee recruitment and retention, and minimizing legal liabilities. Debi also played a key role in coordinating facilities management and security concerns with the City of Dallas. Throughout their career, Debi has received accolades for their efforts in diversity and creating a mother-friendly environment at the Dallas Symphony Association. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at the Dallas Symphony Orchestra.

Debi Pena, PHR, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Northwood University between 2004 and 2007.

Dallas Symphony Chorus

The Dallas Symphony Chorus is the official vocal ensemble of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. This all-volunteer organization consists of members who devote their time, effort and considerable talent to regularly scheduled rehearsals and performances with the Dallas Symphony, as well as appearances in the greater Dallas metroplex, across the United States and with orchestras in venues around the world.
