Denton Bricker

Denton Bricker currently serves as the Director of Events & Volunteer Services at the Dallas Symphony Orchestra since July 2023. Previously, Denton held the position of Director of Festivals & Events at the Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau from April 2022 to July 2023, overseeing significant events such as GrapeFest and the Christmas Capital of Texas. Prior experience includes a tenure at Southern Methodist University from October 2005 to April 2022, where Denton progressed from Administrative Coordinator to Facilities Manager and ultimately to Director of Operations, responsible for managing events and generating revenue. Denton's early career includes an internship in public relations at T3. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Liberal Studies with a focus on Creative Writing from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Business Foundations, and Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
