Phil Cekal has over three decades of professional experience in information technology and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Guest Services Concert Representative at the Dallas Symphony Orchestra since 2013, Phil also works as a Front of House Associate at Broadway Dallas and held positions at the YMCA of the Rockies, including General Store and Guest Registration roles. Prior to these roles, Phil spent six years at the City of Dallas as a Senior Data Science Analyst and Technology Analyst, and three years at JPMorgan Chase as an Associate Applications Developer. Phil's earlier career includes significant positions at BNSF Railway, SoftLayer Technologies, Travelocity, Sabre Holdings, and American Airlines, where expertise in software and systems development was honed. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude, in Computer Science & Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
