Amal Thomas

Amal Thomas, MBA, currently serves as Employee Success Generalist at Dallas Theological Seminary, where responsibilities encompass leading the recruitment program and contributing to HR objectives. Prior experience includes facilitation of volunteer programs at Feed My Starving Children, coordination of onboarding processes at Centric Pipe, and customer service roles at both Mr. Cooper and Capital One. Amal has also interned in business development at East-West Ministries International and in corporate internship facilitation. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Organizational Leadership and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from The University of Texas at Dallas, along with ongoing studies in Counseling Psychology at Dallas Theological Seminary.
