Ritchie Alesing

Ritchie joined Dalma Capital in April 2015 and is the firm’s Deputy MLRO and Office Manager. Ritchie assists in monitoring and providing assurance that compliance policies and procedures are implemented in the firm. She’s also responsible of scheduling important meetings with firm’s clients and partners and provides administrative support to the team. Before joining Dalma Capital, Ritchie worked as a Human Resource Officer both in UAE and Philippines. She handled mainly HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employees and labor relations. She also held role in operations and PR and marketing with Nestle Philippines. Ritchie graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from the Ateneo de Davao University, Philippines.
