Dirk Degelaen has worked in a variety of roles over the past 21 years. π Dirk began their career at Coca-Cola Enterprises in 2000 as a Promotional Program/Category Coordinator, Business Analyst Operating Controlling, and Sales Representative Home Channels. In 2008, they joined MondelΔz International as a Category Business Development Manager, Senior Key Account Manager, and Promo Manager Biscuits. In 2017, they moved to Soudal as an International Trade Marketeer. In 2019, they were appointed Head of Trade Marketing Belux at Ferrero. In 2020, they took a Professional Break at Family-time and me-time. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Daltix as Head of Sales.
Dirk Degelaen obtained a Master of Science in Applied Economics from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in 2000, having previously completed an Erasmus exchange program at EM Normandie Business School in 1999. From 1995 to 1999, they studied economics, marketing and statistics at KU Leuven and obtained a Lic. T.E.W. degree. Prior to that, they attended OLV College Halle from 1989 to 1994. In 2021, they obtained FundRaising Essentials and NonProfit Essentials certifications from NonprofitReady.
