Rajesh Kohli

Rajesh Kohli is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at DAMAC Properties since September 2021, Rajesh previously held key positions including Global Talent Transformation Head and Head of Talent Transformation (Asia) at OLX Autos, and Director of L&D at Elara Group. Prior roles also include National Sales Training Head at India Homes and Head of Training at Spanco BPO, where Rajesh managed training initiatives for over 9,000 employees. Educational qualifications include a BCA in Computers from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a background in Science from Apeejay School and DAV Public School.
