Ruba Freihat

Ruba Freihat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and business support. Currently serving as a Senior Officer in CRM at DAMAC Properties since May 2023, Ruba previously held various roles at the Commercial Bank of Dubai from March 2008 to June 2022, including Business Support Officer for SMEs, where sales activities and budget targets were a focus, and Business Sales Support, ensuring quality and timely processing of account applications. Additionally, Ruba worked as a Feedback Officer, adeptly handling complex customer complaints and collaborating with various departments to improve service standards and resolution processes, along with starting as a Call Center Agent managing customer inquiries. Ruba holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Jordan, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
