Colleen Grile

Colleen Grile is a Learning & Development Specialist at Damar Services, Inc. since October 2020, with a focus on education and training initiatives. Previously, Colleen worked as an Education and Employment Guide at Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana from January 2017 to October 2020, managing a caseload of participants to enhance their self-sufficiency through education and employment placements. Colleen also served as a Site Director at YouthWorks in 2016, overseeing site coordinators and high school students while managing a budget. Other roles include Branch Director at Tumaini Aids Prevention Program, where Colleen managed volunteers and optimized inventory, and a Global Ministries Intern for Global Strategies, coordinating volunteer efforts and advocating for clients in Uganda. Colleen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Nonprofit Leadership, from Anderson University.
