Imad Ghoummaid

Imad Ghoummaid has extensive experience in both programming and ecclesiastical service. Since September 1991, Imad has been involved in programming, specifically focusing on website development. As a priest since 2000, Imad has served in the parish of Our Lady of Deliverance and currently serves at Our Lady of Fatima. Imad’s role in the Syriac Catholic Church at Damascus extends from September 1992 to the present, including a tenure from 2000 to 2008 at Our Lady of Deliverance Church and since 2008 at Our Lady of Fatima Church. Additionally, Imad held the position of Secretary General of the Council of priests in the diocese for eight years. Imad holds a Licentiate degree in Theology from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, obtained between 1995 and 2000, and completed studies at the Pontifical Faculty of Theology during the same timeframe.
