Ben Aldridge

Ben Aldridge is currently the Director of Operations at Dame Products. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at Renée Rouleau Skin Care, where they increased gross profit from 75% to 84%. Ben also tripled pick/pack/ship capacity with no increased headcount and developed a purchasing system that met demand without increasing inventory value during double digit sales growth.

Before their time at Renée Rouleau Skin Care, Aldridge served as the Operations Manager at Bravelets and the Service Operations Manager at Active Power. Ben also spent two years as the Owner of AWM Publishing & Artist Services and one year as an Instructor at Main Street Music Studios.

Ben Aldridge received their MM in Music Composition from Central Michigan University and their BM, BS in Music Education and Music Theory from the University of Vermont. Ben is also certified in Lean Sigma Yellow Belt.
