Baptiste Bourlier

Baptiste Bourlier is an experienced engineer and project manager with a robust background in maritime engineering. Currently serving as a Design & Proposal Engineer Services and Project Manager at Damen since June 2018, Baptiste oversees various projects, including maintenance contracts and technical assistance, while also supporting HSSEQ as an internal auditor focused on ISO certifications in Quality and Safety. Prior to this role, Baptiste was self-employed as a Project Manager and completed intensive German language studies. Previous experience includes a position as Senior Naval Architect at Maersk Maritime Technology, where responsibility involved managing technical projects, and roles at Lloyd's Register as Hull and Statutory Surveyor and Hull Surveyor, focusing on project management, load line issues, and safety assessments. Baptiste holds a Master’s degree in Maritime Engineering from Danish Technical University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics from Nantes Université.
