Lean MacLeane

Lean Macleane is a seasoned Senior Research Engineer at Damen Shipyards Group, contributing expertise in inboard and underwater sound, with a focus on predicting sound pressure levels in the Offshore & Transport sectors since February 2011. Prior experience includes roles as a Sales Engineer at Merford Noise Control, providing sound and financial calculations, and as a Crash Test Engineer at TNO Automotive, overseeing vehicle testing for regulatory compliance. Lean holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Christelijke Hogeschool Ede and a BSc in Physics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, supplemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Acoustics from Higher Acoustics Antwerp.
