Annalisa Ferrannini has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles within the maritime industry, currently serving as the Segretario dell'Organismo di Vigilanza at d'Amico Shipping Group since October 1999. In addition to this role, Annalisa holds the position of Legal Corporate Affairs and Compliance Manager and is a member of the Organismo di Vigilanza at d'Amico Società di Navigazione S.p.A. Annalisa also contributed to Sirius Ship Management S.r.l. as a member of the Organismo di Vigilanza from January 2009 to April 2017. Annalisa Ferrannini holds a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza from Università degli Studi di Genova, earned between 1994 and 1998.
