Ibrahim Alkaabi

Ibrahim AlKaabi has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Ibrahim currently holds the position of Director HR Center of Excellence at Dammam Airports Company (DACO) since 2023.

Prior to this, Ibrahim worked at Aramco for over a decade. Ibrahim has held various roles including Organization Design Team Leader, Group Lead of Job Evaluation Group, Organization Effectiveness Advisor/Job Evaluator, and Organization Effectiveness Advisor.

During their tenure at Aramco, Ibrahim demonstrated expertise in handling challenges related to organizational structure, process improvement, business planning, and promoting individual/organizational effectiveness. Ibrahim has also conducted job evaluations, reviewed organizational structures, and provided recommendations for operational efficiency. Additionally, Ibrahim has overseen corporate transformation projects, supported change management, and led initiatives for process improvement.

Ibrahim AlKaabi completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, starting in 1997 and graduating in 2003.

In terms of additional certifications, Ibrahim obtained various certifications throughout the years. In 2022, they obtained certifications in "Job Analysis, Documentation and Evaluation" from WorldatWork, "ODC Certificate of Completion" from ODC - Organizational Design Community, and "Communication with Influence" and "Business Strategy" from McKinsey & Company. In 2022, they also obtained the "Organization Design Masterclass" certification from ON THE MARK and the "Korn Ferry Job Evaluation Methodology" certification from Korn Ferry. In 2020, Ibrahim obtained the "Total Rewards Management" certification from WorldatWork. Earlier certifications include "Certified Lean Master" from BMGI in 2014, "Black Belt Certification (BB)" from JURAN Consulting Maroc in 2007, "Change management" from Prosci in 2006, and "Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification" from JURAN Consulting Maroc in 2006.
