Koushik Roy

Koushik Roy possesses extensive experience in Human Resource management, currently serving as Joint Director-HR at Damodar Valley Corporation since December 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing promotions, transfers, and employee benefits. Prior to this role, Koushik held the position of Deputy Director-HR, managing employee postings and promotions according to Government of India norms. Koushik began the career as Assistant Manager (HR), focusing on industrial relations and labor law compliance in a thermal power construction project. Before joining Damodar Valley Corporation, Koushik was a Management Trainee at Adhunik Group of Industries, assessing training needs and conducting performance appraisals. Koushik holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from IISWBM and completed ICSE in General Studies at PVM.
