Lou Weaver

Lou Weaver has extensive experience in the field of human resources and workforce development. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People & Culture at Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG) since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a People and Culture Manager at Coles Group from April 2022 to October 2022. From 2018 to 2022, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Cleanaway Waste Management. Before that, they held the role of Manager HR & Workforce Development at Perth Airport from July 2012 to September 2017. Lou Weaver has also worked at the Department for Child Protection as the Director of HR Strategic Services from October 2008 to July 2012. They have prior experience at the Department of Corrective Services, where they served as a Strategic HR Consultant from July 2007 to October 2008, and as the Manager of Prison Officer Recruitment from January 2007 to July 2007. Their earlier experience includes working as a Learning and Development Consultant at the Department of Corrective Services from 2001 to 2003.

Lou Weaver completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology from Curtin University in 1990-1992. They then pursued further education at Edith Cowan University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in 1997. Lou later completed a Graduate Diploma in HRM from Edith Cowan University during 2003-2005.
