Amirhossein Jahanikia

Amirhossein Jahanikia has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Amirhossein currently holds the position of Venture Capital Director at Dana Energy since June 2023. In addition, they serve as a Board Member at Jadeh Logistic since 2019. Previously, they worked as an Investment VP at Lyan Capital Management from January 2023 to June 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Private Equity at Griffon Capital from August 2021 to January 2023, where they focused on investment in blockchain technologies. From June 2019 to August 2021, they served as the Managing Director of Sepehr CVC, the venture capital arm of Talashgaran Holding with a focus on AgriTech and MineTech startups. Before that, they were an Investment Manager at the Innovation and Prosperity Fund from May 2014 to June 2019, where they invested in over 500 knowledge-based firms and startups. Amirhossein'searlier experiences include roles as CEO at Mefragh, Developer and Project Manager at Niroo Research Institute, Technical Manager at Pardis Technik, and Business Analyst at Mefragh Co.

Amirhossein Jahanikia holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from K.N. Toosi University of Technology. Amirhossein also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic. In 2014, they began pursuing their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration and Management, General at Payame Noor University, which they completed in 2019.

In terms of additional certifications, Amirhossein obtained the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2013. Amirhossein also completed the course "Private Equity and Venture Capital" from Università Bocconi via Coursera in December 2020. Most recently, in February 2022, they acquired the certification in "Advanced Valuation and Strategy - M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital" from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
