Sadra Basiri

Sadra Basiri has a solid work experience in the field of technical support and help desk. sadra started their career in 2016 as a Help Desk Technician at Telecommunications of Iran, where they worked until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Tan Tak as a Help Desk Technician. In 2021, they joined Adorateb as a Technical Support Expert and later transitioned to the role of Help Desk Technician. Currently, Sadra is employed at Dana Energy as a Service Desk Engineer, starting from May 2023.

Sadra Basiri obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Islamic Azad University, attending from 2016 to 2020. Currently, Sadra is pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at Islamic Azad University, starting in 2021.
