Irina Kamis, MS, RD, PMP, is an experienced professional in healthcare informatics and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience within Research Informatics for Operations at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Irina oversees operational activities related to enterprise research systems and focuses on enhancing customer experience through impact and data analysis. Previous roles at Dana-Farber include leading a team for clinical trial management and expanding oncology clinical trial software utilization. Irina's extensive experience spans multiple institutions, including Partners HealthCare, where Irina held leadership positions managing clinical systems initiatives, and Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, where Irina was involved in the transition to computerized order entry.
