Jolie Erlacher

Jolie Erlacher, MHA, currently serves as the Administrative Director for Head and Neck Oncology and Sarcoma Oncology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, a position held since September 2019, where previous roles included Program Administrator for Disease Center Operations in Breast Oncology, Contact Center Supervisor, and New Patient Coordinator for Neurology Oncology. Prior experience includes a role as Clinical Assistant in Solid Organ Transplant at Boston Children's Hospital, where collaboration with nurses enhanced patient care and satisfaction, as well as involvement in quality improvement studies within the Pediatric Transplant Center at the same institution. Jolie holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Suffolk University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Emmanuel College.
