Katherine Donovan

Katherine Donovan is a seasoned professional in proteomics, currently serving as Managing Director and Lead Scientist at the Fischer Labs within Dana-Farber Cancer Institute since March 2016. In this role, Katherine manages proteomics operations, oversees multiple collaborations, and established the Degradation Proteomics Initiative. Katherine's previous positions at Dana-Farber include Senior Scientist, Scientist I, and Proteomics Group Lead at the Center for Protein Degradation, contributing to over 30 publications and advancements in drug discovery through proteomics methodology. Katherine's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Protein Biochemistry from the University of Canterbury, where also served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Laboratory Demonstrator. Additional experience includes a Research Assistant role at ANZCO Foods focused on protein extraction methods.
