Kathryn Ward

Kathryn Ward is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Manager of People Strategy at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute since June 2018. Prior to this role, Kathryn held several positions at Dana-Farber, including Senior People Strategy Consultant, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Business Partner. Kathryn's career in human resources began at Mass General Brigham, where roles included Human Resources Partner, Generalist, Representative, and Assistant from November 2007 to June 2018. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University, and has pursued additional education at Lesley University, Sarah Lawrence College, and Harvard Extension School.
