Marina Watanabe

Marina Watanabe, PhD, currently serves as the Mosaic Associate Director at Northeastern University and has been a Curriculum Developer and Instructor at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute since June 2016. At Dana-Farber, Marina collaborates with a team to create and deliver academic and research curriculum for a cancer research program, successfully scaling student participation from 60 to 120 within a year. Previously, Marina held the role of Creativity and Entrepreneurship Senior Fellow at Harvard University, where contributions included launching startup accelerators and managing significant grant allocations. Marina's academic background includes a PhD in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Harvard University, complemented by diverse experiences in educational outreach, mentoring, and curriculum development across various educational institutions, including high-profile fellowships and consulting roles.
