Shannon Rowell

Shannon Rowell is an experienced program and project manager with a background in biomedical engineering and extensive experience in research pharmacy and orthopaedics. Currently serving as Program Manager and Project Manager II at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute since September 2016, Shannon has led significant process improvement initiatives, developed staffing metrics, and managed clinical trial activation tasks across numerous therapeutic trials. Prior experience at Massachusetts General Hospital included managing an orthopaedic retrieval program that achieved a 400% increase in implant acquisition, updating security protocols, and authoring multiple peer-reviewed manuscripts.
