Yingxiao Shi

Yingxiao (TK) Shi is a highly skilled researcher currently engaged in developing computational approaches for analyzing therapeutic responses and resistance in cancer at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute under the guidance of Dr. David Liu and Dr. Eliezer Van Allen. Previously, Yingxiao served as the Director of Operations for the Nucleate Genesis Leadership Team and worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Southern California, focusing on motor neuron degeneration related to C9ORF72 type amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Yingxiao's internship experiences include studying upper motor neuron conversion at Harvard Stem Cell Institute, collaborating on TALEN reporter development at Broad Institute, and exploring stem cell differentiation at Hubrecht Institute. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Biological and Biomedical Sciences at Harvard Kenneth C. Griffin Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, Yingxiao holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from HAN University of Applied Sciences.
