Ruchi Dana, MD, MBA, is a seasoned partner and executive in the venture capital and healthcare sectors. Currently, Ruchi serves as a Partner at MFV Partners, focusing on early-stage deep tech ventures, and at Harper Court Ventures, supporting pre-seed startups from the University of Chicago ecosystem. Additionally, Ruchi is a Partner and Executive Board Member at DANA Group, a Dubai-based multinational with manufacturing operations across the MENA region and Asia. Ruchi holds leadership roles in multiple organizations, including President and COO at Duluth Medical Technologies, Global Women in VC Channel Lead for Healthcare, and various advisory and board positions with firms like Loyal VC, MBX Capital, and FundRx. Ruchi's educational background includes an MBA from Stanford University and an MD from Aligarh Muslim University.
